The Markets in Sydney are wonderful, but sometimes our smallest wonders can be overlooked. One of these amazing markets is the Creative Berowra Markets! Make sure you check them on Markets Central!
Sydney has a lot to offer all of us local punters, and with an abundance of absolutely wonderful and amazing things to do, it makes it easier to overlook some of the smaller yet still amazing features nestled away. One of these wonderful places is the Creative Berowra Markets, situated in God's Country, Berowra.
Ok readers, yes, I am a little bias, I do actually come from Berowra! However, I'm not lying, Berowra IS beautiful. About 15 minutes north of of Hornsby, Berowra situates itself on the cusp of the North Shore and the Central Coast while leaning itself upon the beautiful waters of the Hawkesbury. It's a small 'bush' town, but one that's getting larger by the year in which I've had the pleasure of actually being able to watch. A lot of people in Sydney don't actually know that Berowra exists, or are surprised at it's closeness to the coast, or again, refer it to the 'bush' town that it used to be. For a lot of us Berowra folk, Berowra's just Berowra - a peaceful home further enough out of lights and sound to provide a soulful retreat and quiet community camaraderie.
This is greatly reflected in the wonderful handmade market, the Creative Berowra Markets. With a massive abundance of amazingly talented crafters you will find something for everyones tastes including and not limited to, produce, arts and crafts, gifts and a whole lot more. There's a great environment for children including live entertainment and a playground, we can't recommend checking it out anymore than we've said, so make sure you get into it!
