Great activities at the heritage Craft Fair and Handmade markets St Ives this weekend!

The first Sunday of the month is the Heritage Craft Fair now also known as The Handmade Markets in St Ives. One of the great markets in NSW.

Located at the St Ives showgrounds, the markets have become a must do on the Sydneysiders markets calendar. This month is no exception.

The arrival of a couple of great artists, the likes of Wendy Merrington, David Watts and other great creative spirits, to name but a few ensures that the market always displays a high quality art and craft environment. The focus is squarely on Australian made and the market celebrates Australian creativity. Not only is the market a great place to browse the local Jewellery designers and new fashion designers, but there are also crafters and artists a plenty.

This Sunday will also see A Greek cooking demonstration by the renowned Chef Michael Halouvas. Ella is the greek way to say "come"and its a directive. Michael Halouvas shares his passion for greek cypriot cooking.Learn the simple techniques and spices of Cyprus."Ella come cook with me" is not just about cooking but the whole experience, eating, socialising and having a fun session. For the body concious the team from Body shape female fitness center in Gordon will be in attendance to promote a healthy lifetyle and show you how to get ready for the beach.

Free Live music, pony rides, Bouncing castles and Bungy bounce all add to the flavor.
