Centennial Park Markets is Cancelled
Welcome enterprises deeply regrets to inform you that for inexplicable and unexpected reasons our licence in respect of the proposed Centennial Park Markets in Centennial Park Sydney has been terminated. Welcome Enterprises has done nothing to cause the cancellation of the liscence agreement, but has reached an agreement with the centennial Park and Moore park Trust not to proceed to develop, at the present time, the proposed market. Please send us an e mail to let us know that you would be interested if, and when, we open a markets in Centennial Park or it's surrounds. A New market is opening in Centennial Park on the 26th of february 2012. Billed as the Iconic Artisans market of Sydney, the new market is a home to the creative spirit of Sydney's creative and dynamic artisans and creators. Designers and cutting edge designers are welcomed and respected.
Centennial Park is one of Sydneys Iconic attractions for both locals and tourists alike. The largest and most diverse parklands in Sydney, The Centennial Park recieves over 1 million visitors per year and is one of the foremost attractions of Sydney for tourists and locals alike. The Parklands are well loved by all.
When: The Centennial Park markets takes place on the 4th or Last Sunday of every Month.
Where: Corner of Grand Parade and Loch Ave in the Heart of Centennial Park in the affluent Eastern suburbs of Sydney.
Why: Centennial Parklands is well regarded as a great, well loved and well respected leisure environment. There is no othere leisure retail event regularly happening within Centennial Park. The Creation of the regular monthly Centennial Park markets is a unique opportunity to provide the people of Sydney with a rare outing in the midst of a rare jewel in the heart of one of the most vibrant and dynamic cities in the world.
Rates: Stalls are priced between $135 per day to $200 per day.
Nature of the event: The Centenntial Park markets only allows Handmade Australian Artisans and Designers of all products to show and sell their works.
Live Entertainers: Every Market day will include Free live entertainment.
Set up and Shut down times: Set up before 9am and market closes at 3pm.
What do you bring: All stall holders may be required to bring their own Gazebos, and Tables. As well as decorative infra structure for their stalls.
Markets Central Stalls: Centennial Park happens once a month, so we have negotiated a special deal with Markets Central to be open every day all day.
Every stall holder gets a FREE stall on Markets Central, and enjoys all the extra benefits offerd by Markets Central. this is included in the stall rate for centennial Park Markets.
