*If you simply have changed your mind,the refund will be for the product price only and not the postage cost.
*The cost of the return postage is at the customers expense.
*The items must be returned in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
*Refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged.

*Burning Bliss carefully checks and packs all products.If an item arrives damaged we are happy to offer a replacement or refund at our expense.

Upon delivery a signature is required and the parcel scanned.If no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel,a card will be left with details of collection from Australia Post or a number to call to arrange a second delivery with Fastway Couriers.
Please ensure that you enter a correct delivery address.If a parcel is returned to us a resending fee will be charged prior to it being re dispatched.
