Stallholders have the option to allow shipping to be arranged by you (the consumer) offline after the product has been sold. You will therefore notice this option is available on some products and not on others. If you select this option it is your (the consumers), responsibility to organise your own shipping. With this option you may contact the stallholder directly to discuss and organise freight, ensuring that you get the best price and delivery possible. This option is great for consumers as certain items may be too large or fragile to predetermine a shipping fee and it allows you (the consumer) an element of control and to be satisfied in the process.
If you would like the stallholder to organise shipping on your behalf simply do not tick the 'Arrange Shipping Offline with Seller' check box.

Terms and Conditions

Goods are shipped within 24 hours of payment and depending on location, delivery is normally between 2 and 5 working days. All payments must be received in CoCo Coast to Country Linens’ account prior to shipping.
All goods are dispatched via a courier service or, in the case of post office box addresses, via Australia Post Registered Post. CoCo Coast to Country Linens cannot guarantee the service performance of either its chosen courier service or Australia Post however if goods are lost in transit, then CoCo Coast to Country Linens will dispatch your order at no additional charge. An order is deemed lost if it has not arrived after 20 working days.
Should a delay occur in relation to the dispatch of the order, then CoCo Coast to Country Linens will advise the buyer of that delay and provide anticipated dispatch and delivery dates.
Goods will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We’re more than happy to refund a product within 30 days of purchase if you change your mind provided that it has not been opened. You’ll need to pay the return postage and we suggest that you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can’t accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.
As long as the product is in it’s original condition, i.e. unopened, we’ll refund it within 7 working days of receiving your parcel.

We can only exchange products for the same price (we can’t exchange products for a lower price). We’ll also need to charge for the second delivery at a minimum cost of $17.50 (Australia-wide only) - we’ll confirm the delivery charge with you.
As long as the product is in it’s original condition, i.e. unopened, we’ll exchange it within 7 working days of receiving your parcel provided of course that your preferred item is in stock. If not, we’ll advise a delivery time.

A problem with your purchase
If we’ve made a mistake (hopefully unlikely) or you find that the product is faulty or damaged, please first call us on 02 9386 1422 or email service@cocolinens.com.au to let us know. We’ll send you the correct or new item within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll refund any costs you incur returning the goods. As shipping within Australia is free, there won’t be any other charges. We may not be able to assist you however if the product has been used or washed.

Sale items
We’re happy to exchange sale items within 7 working days of your purchase*. We don’t offer refunds or credits unless the product is faulty or damaged.
As long as the product is unopened, we’ll exchange it within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. You’ll need to pay the return postage and we suggest that you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Shipping Info

Free shipping within Australia
We’ll ship your order - regardless of the size or value - free of charge within Australia although this offer applies only to full priced products.
Sale items attract a flat delivery charge of $17.50.
Of course if you’ve purchased both full priced and sale items we’ll deliver them at no charge.

Getting your order delivered is our priority which is why we utilise StarTrack Express and dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment. They require you to sign for your order so if you’re not going to be home to take delivery, please advise your instructions and we’ll ensure that StarTrack is informed. They can only deliver to a street address so if you require delivery to a post office box, we’ll use Australia Post Registered Post

Please note that once a package has been signed for acceptance of delivery, its safety is no longer our responsibility. If you miss the delivery and have not provided alternate instructions, StarTrack Express will leave a card. There may be an additional charge.

Delivery times
Depending on your location, the normal delivery timeframe within Australia is between two to five working days.

How to track your order
If you’d like to track and trace your order, you can do so at www.startrackexpress.com.au. Simply enter your consignment number in the Track and Trace box on the top left corner of the StarTrack Express homepage. Your consignment number will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched. If we have sent your order via Australia Post, we will email the Registered Post number.

International orders
Please contact us on info@cocolinens.com.au if you are purchasing from overseas and we can advise the cost of the products (which will be exclusive of our 10% GST) and quote on delivery charges. We will use either StarTrack Express or Australia Post Registered Post International to deliver your order.

Please note that local import duties and taxes and any delays caused by local customs or excise are the responsibility of the customer and CoCo Coast to Country Linens won’t be liable for any additional charges.
