Stallholders have the option to allow shipping to be arranged by you (the consumer) offline after the product has been sold. You will therefore notice this option is available on some products and not on others. If you select this option it is your (the consumers), responsibility to organise your own shipping. With this option you may contact the stallholder directly to discuss and organise freight, ensuring that you get the best price and delivery possible. This option is great for consumers as certain items may be too large or fragile to predetermine a shipping fee and it allows you (the consumer) an element of control and to be satisfied in the process.
If you would like the stallholder to organise shipping on your behalf simply do not tick the 'Arrange Shipping Offline with Seller' check box.

Terms and Conditions

Paintings are created when you order and payment has been received and cleared. Please allow 14 days for your custom painting to be finished and dried. Then your painting will be sent to you via Fastway Couriers OR Australia Post. I like to use Fastway Couriers where possible (and a tracking number is provided for you to keep track of your order through Fastway) but at times it is more economical to use Australia Post. It is up to my discretion to send paintings by either carrier. Please allow another 7 - 10 days for delivery. Paintings cannot be sent on weekends or public holidays. I cannot be responsible for delay with courier or Australia post. If I am aware of a delay with your delivery, I will contact you and keep you updated. IF you need a painting FAST, for a present or special event, please contact me as I may have one in stock, or may be able to paint it within a couple of days and have it on it's way to you. Exchange of paintings is available. I must be contacted within a week of painting being received if an exchange is required. Items for exchange must be sent back to me within 30 days after contact has been made discussing the exchange. Paintings may be returned for another choice of the same value if it does not suit your decor. The buyer must pay for return postage to me and it has to be repacked carefully in the original packaging and arrive back to me in original condition.
If painting is damaged in transit, I will supply another painting the same, but the damaged item must be returned back to me first.
I do not refund but can supply a credit certificate if an item is returned and you need time to make a choice for a replacement. Contact me at coastliferyans@dodo.com.au or on 0414 934 690 if you need to discuss this policy.

Shipping Info

Shipping charges wtihin Australia are stated on the listing for each individual painting. For overseas delivery, you must contact me at coastliferyans@dodo.com.au before paying as I will need to quote you a postage cost. Paintings are carefully packed in plastic, bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure safe delivery. They are sent via Fastway Courier or Australia Post where there is not a fastway courier depot close by. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery within Australia (though most areas receive their delivery within a couple of days). Overseas buyers will have paintings sent by Australia Post airmail. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery overseas.
