To ensure you achieve the optimum from your Oceans Breeze Soy Candle, we have created these Terms and Conditions. By accessing Oceans Breeze Soy Candles website, you agree to abide by the terms detailed below.

Product Guarantee

Oceans Breeze Soy Candles are all hand poured using 100% Soy Wax, 100% Essential Oils and/or Cosmetic grade fragrance Oils. To keep the product as pure and clean as possible we do not include any additives therefore some minor inconsistencies may be evident in your final product.. Some of these inconsistencies may include what looks like a wet spot on your glass jar. This is actually called adhesion where the product has not contracted from the glass. These “wet spots” will appear and disappear with the different temperatures the candle is exposed to. These do not affect the fragrance dispersion, quality or burn time of your Oceans Breeze Soy Candle in any way.

To achieve the most from your Oceans Breeze Soy Candles, please adhere to the Burning Instructions detailed on the back of your label. Oceans Breeze Soy Candles will not be held responsible for any damage arising to you as a result of the use of any of the products on our website

Refund Policy

Oceans Breeze offers a 7 Day refund policy. If the product does not conform to our specification in any way, or is defective, please contact us to arrange a replacement item or your money refunded

Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to info@oceansbreeze.com.au. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled.

Ordering & Pricing

The products offered on oceansbreeze.com.au are subject to availability and may change at times. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of an order request in whole or in part. The prices quoted on oceansbreeze.com.au are in Australian dollars and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).

Upon receiving payment advice of your order, they are in most instances processed the same day Receipt of goods usually occurs within Australia around three to four days from dispatch. Shipping is undertaken through Australia Post. Should there be any delays with shipment of your order you will be contact via email immediately. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address.
